Job Title: Account Manager

Position Summary:
Develop fastener and precision components business.
Key Responsibility
1) Develop and implement middle term plan
2) Maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base;
3) Establish and maintain excellent relationship with major tiers and OEMs;
4) Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions;
5) Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and price;
6) Observe market and competition;
7) Support Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues;
8) Cooperate with quality department in dealing with customer concerns;
9) Insure internal and external flow of information.;
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred;
2) At least 3 years of successful track record in sales & marketing in relevant industry;
3) Automotive fastener or components sales experience with tier one preferred;
4) Eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style;
5) Self-motivated;
6) Strategic and operational thinking;
7) Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels;
8) Willingness to travel intensively;
