Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Hangzhou, China

Department: PEM GC Sales

Position Summary:

Develop fastener and precision components business.

Key Responsibility

1)   Develop and implement middle term plan.
2)   Maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base.
3)   Establish and maintain excellent relationship with major tiers and OEMs.
4)   Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions.
5)  Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and price.
6)   Observe market and competition.
7)   Support Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues.
8)   Cooperate with quality department in dealing with customer concerns.
9)   Insure internal and external flow of information.

Requirements:

1)   Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred.
2)   At least 3 years of successful track record in sales & marketing in relevant industry.
3)   Automotive fastener or components sales experience with tier one preferred.
4)   Eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style.
5)  Self-motivated.
6)   Strategic and operational thinking.
7)   Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels.
8)   Willingness to travel intensively.
