Job Title: BD Manager - E-mobility

Position Summary:
Develop fastener and precision components business
Key Responsibility
1) Collect, summarize and report information on macro economy, automotive industry, fastener segment etc. regularly
2) Develop and propose account-level sales strategy for new and existing customers after analyzing internal and external environment
3) Contrive account-level sales tactics to implement the approved customer strategy, e.g. pricing, customer relationship, product portfolio
4) Propose yearly budget in terms of volume and unit price from account point of view
5) Do daily business management to meet target assigned by company, e.g., price negotiation and adjustment, rolling forecast, AR, slow-moving stock etc..
6) Negotiate with customer on contract, price, payment, quality complaint etc..
7) Manage and keep improving customer relationship via regular visit, high level meeting and so on
8) Communicate, organize and cooperate with internal functions to serve customers better
9) Carry out project management till safe launch
10) Take other tasks assigned by leader
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical or automotive engineering preferred;
2) 5+ years working experience, and 3+ years automotive part sales experience; Fastener or AE background preferred;
3) Project management background is big advantage
4) Approved skill on negotiation, presentation, communication, problem/conflict solving, inter-personal relationship;
5) Self-discipline, self-motivated, result-oriented
