Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Global Key Account Manager to be responsible for the growth and management of three of our most important global corporate accounts. Based in our Kunshan office, you will be the strategic leader for these relationships, ensuring alignment between our company's capabilities and our clients' global objectives. You will work in close collaboration with local sales colleagues around the world to drive customer satisfaction, secure new business, and achieve significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibility

1) Strategic Relationship Management
· Establish, develop, and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at three designated global accounts.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for global strategy, pricing, and overall relationship health.

    2) Global Pricing & Strategy Coordination
    · Lead the development and negotiation of consistent global pricing agreements and contracts.
    · Ensure strategic alignment and information sharing between the client's global operations and our internal teams.

    3) Global Sales Team Collaboration
    · Work seamlessly with local sales colleagues across Asia, North America, and Europe to execute a unified account strategy.
    · Leverage local insights to identify new opportunities and address region-specific challenges.

    4) Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution
    · Act as the primary internal advocate for your clients, coordinating global company resources (including the Kunshan factory) to resolve critical and urgent issues promptly.
    · Ensure on-time delivery of products and services by working closely with planning, production, and logistics teams.

    5) Business Growth & Development
    · Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase share-of-wallet, secure new projects, and drive sales growth within each account.
    · Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the client's global organization.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.
    · Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management or sales, specifically managing large, global B2B customers in a manufacturing environment.
    · Must be Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
    · Proven track record of negotiating complex global agreements and driving significant revenue growth.
    · Exceptional cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    · Strong leadership and collaboration skills to e􀆯ectively work with and through a global, matrixed team.
    · Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 40%, including to Taiwan.
