Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic key account support specialist to manage and grow our relationship with a pivotal global client. This client consolidates global demand through its Hong Kong procurement center, which places centralized orders with our Kunshan factory. You will be the primary link between the client's Hong Kong team, our Kunshan factory, and the client's manufacturing sites across Europe, North America, and Asia. Your mission is to ensure seamless supply, drive customer satisfaction, and strategically grow our business share within this key account.
Key Responsibility
1)Primary Client Interface & Relationship Management
· Serve as the main point of contact for the client's Hong Kong procurement center.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the client's procurement center and their global factories.
· Conduct regular business reviews to align on performance, strategy, and future needs.
2)Demand Forecasting & Supply Coordination
· Work closely with the client to gather and analyze global demand signals.
· Develop and provide accurate, rolling demand forecasts to our Kunshan factory to ensure optimal production planning and inventory levels.
3)Internal Factory Coordination & Execution
· Act as the "voice of the customer" within our Kunshan factory, coordinating resources to provide the best possible support.
· Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time, meeting the client's high-quality standards.
· Collaborate with factory planning, production, and logistics teams to resolve any operational issues promptly.
4)Global Sales Collaboration & Business Growth
· Collaborate with sales colleagues in Europe, North America, and Asia to understand local needs and opportunities at the client's various factories.
· Lead initiatives to increase our share of wallet within the client's organization by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
· Develop and execute a global account growth strategy.
5)Pricing & Contract Management
· Manage and negotiate global pricing agreements with the client's procurement center.
· Ensure pricing consistency and profitability across dierent regions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
· Must be Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Cantonese or other languages are a plus.
· Proven experience in managing complex, global supply chains and working with international customers.
· Strong understanding of demand forecasting, production planning, and supply chain management.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work eectively across dierent cultures and time zones.
· Willingness and ability to travel internationally (approx. 10%).
