Position Summary:
Develop and execute a digital-first marketing strategy for Greater Asia: Malaysia, Korea, Japan Vietnam, Thailand, and India. This role provides marketing leadership, strategy, and marketing support to business units and works closely with sales and distribution partners across the region.
Key Responsibility
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
1) Develop, implement, and monitor the regional marketing strategy, integrating tactics such as SEO/SEM, social media, account-based marketing (ABM), and inbound campaigns.
2) Collaborate with digital marketing manager and creative agencies to localize digital tools, including websites, microsites, apps, and other resources.
3) Implement updates to regional websites, marketing automation platforms, and CRM tools.
4) Partner with global teams to recommend and execute strategies for digital and traditional marketing campaigns and product launches.
5) Continuously analyze and improve campaign effectiveness based on performance data and regional goals.
6) Research and evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies to enhance the marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing:
1) Partner with the corporate marketing team to create and execute impactful digital campaigns that strengthen brand equity in region.
2) Develop tailored digital marketing plans for regional markets to maximize customer acquisition and lead generation.
3) Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
4) Support eCommerce initiatives by understanding end-user needs, analyzing engagement, and providing recommendations for growth.
5) Manage local agencies and freelancers to execute digital campaigns effectively.
Market Analysis and Growth:
1) Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, channel partners, competitors, and market dynamics in the region.
2) Develop strategies to capture market share and accelerate growth.
Events, Content and Communication:
1) Regionalize global campaigns and adapt content for local markets and customer events.
2) Manage onsite customer and local industry events
3) Optimize website and social media content to improve engagement.
4) Partner with sales teams and channel partners to align go-to-market strategies with industry-specific needs.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2) 7–10+ years of marketing experience in the B2B industrial sector, with expertise in Greater Asia markets.
3) Proven success managing regional campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand equity.
4) Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, account based marketing, and inbound marketing.
5) Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
6) Strong experience managing creative and digital agencies to execute regional marketing strategies.
7) Familiarity with open-source CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
8) Deep understanding of digital analytics, performance metrics, and SEO best practices
9) Fluency in English and additional language is preferred.
