Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Bangalore, India

Position Summary:

Penn Engineering seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath and exposure to Microsoft Power Automate to join our automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.

This is a hands-on development role requiring strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver reliable end-to-end RPA solutions.

Key Responsibility

• Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath and Maintenance of production projects.
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs, and project implementation phase.
• Preparation and facilitation of process design sessions related to robotics process, validation rules and reports.
• Configuration of UiPath including process flows, control objects, exception handling etc.
• Architect process automations and use cases

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in RPA – UiPath development
• Experience implementing or supporting multiple end-to-end RPA projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases
• Working knowledge of Excel (Mandatory)
• Understanding and experience of software development best practices
• Ability to use or work with OCR tools
• Power Automate experience (Added advantage)
• Working knowledge of VB, macros, Python, SharePoint (Added advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in RPA tools, specifically UiPath
• Good business communication and client-facing skills
• UiPath Certification (Added advantage)
