PennEngineering Earns EcoVadis Bronze Medal
We have been awarded a Bronze medal in the EcoVadis Sustainability Rating, placing PennEngineering in the top 35% of businesses assessed by EcoVadis worldwide. The rating evaluates performance across four themes:
Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement - the same pillars that guide our own sustainability program.
This recognition is backed by:
- An independently verified (ISO 14064-3) greenhouse gas inventory covering our global manufacturing footprint
- A public target to reduce combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity by 50% by 2030
- A cross-functional sustainability governance structure with dedicated leadership across environmental, labor, ethics, and procurement practices
- An updated Supplier Code of Conduct extending ethical recruiting and land, forest, and water rights commitments through our global supply chain
