Title: Account Manager

Location: Kunshan, China

Position Summary:

Develop automotive fastener and precision components business in China

Key responsibility

1. Develop and implement middle term plan
2. Maintain existing key accounts and expand the customer base
3. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers
4. Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions
5. Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and price
6. Observe market and competition
7. Support Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues
8. Cooperate with the quality department in dealing with customer concerns
9. Ensure internal and external flow of information
10. Other responsibilities assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred
2. Fluent English
3. At least 5+ years of successful track record in sales & marketing in the commercial vehicle industry
4. Automotive fastener or components sales experience preferred
5. Eager to achieve goals, target-oriented management style
6. Self-motivated
7. Strategic and operational thinking
8. Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels
9. Willingness to travel intensively"
