Position Summary:

Develop fastener and precision components business in East China.

Key Responsibility

1. Develop and implement middle term plan;
2. Maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base;
3. Observe the market and competition;
4. Support the Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues;
5. Cooperate with the quality department in dealing with customer concerns;
6. Insure internal and external flow of information.


1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in mechanical engineering preferred;
2. At least 3 years of successful track record in sales & marketing in relevant industry;
3. Automotive fastener or components sales experience with tier one preferred;
4. Eager to achieve goals, target-oriented management style;
5. Self-motivated;
6. Strategic and operational thinking;
7. Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels;
8. Willingness to travel intensively.
