Report to : Deputy Sales Director in Singapore.


  1. More than  8 years in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
  2. To achieve consistent growth and the annual sales target in India market.
  3. To drive the development and implementation of the sales plans in alignment with the Growth Strategy.
  4. Establish and implement short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  5. Conduct market assessment to identify and prioritize potential markets/customers.
  6. Actively support the coordination of New Business Development projects and other initiatives aiming to expand business with the designated accounts.
  7. To manage existing business AND add new business;
  8. Develop strong customer relationships with key strategic accounts.
  9. To drive distributors to grow organization’s business and market share.
  10. Follow up all leads generated from website, networking sessions, trade fairs and other events or contacts.
  11. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
  12. Collate competition and build competitive landscape
  13. Gather market information.
  14. Conducting training and seminar
  15. Ensure that the account receivables are kept on or below the level defined by the payment terms in the commercial agreement.
