Job Title: Key Account Manager -Automotive Electronics/EV

Location: Kunshan, China

Department: PEM GC Sales

Position Summary:

Develop fastener and precision components business in China.

Key Responsibility

1. Collect, summarize, and report information on the macroeconomy, automotive industry, fastener segment, etc. regularly
2. Develop and propose account-level sales strategy for new and existing customers after analyzing the internal and external environment
3. Contrive account-level sales tactics to implement the approved customer strategy, e.g. pricing, customer relationship, product portfolio
4. Propose a yearly budget in terms of volume and unit price from the account point of view
5. Do daily business management to meet targets assigned by the company, e.g., price negotiation and adjustment, rolling forecast, AR, slow-moving stock etc..
6. Negotiate with customers on contracts, price, payment, quality complaints, etc.
7. Manage and keep improving customer relationships via regular visits, high-level meetings, and so on
8. Communicate, organize, and cooperate with internal functions to serve customers better
9. Carry out project management till a safe launch
10. Take other tasks assigned by the leader


1. Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical or automotive engineering preferred;
2. 5+ years working experience, and 3+ years automotive part sales experience; Fastener or AE background preferred;
3. Project management background is a big advantage
4. Approved skills in negotiation, presentation, communication, problem/conflict solving, and inter-personal relationships;
5. Self-discipline, self-motivated, result-oriented
6. Reliable, hard-working, and persistent style
