Title: Sales Account Manager, Central China

Department: PEM GC Sales
Develop fastener and precision components business in Central China.
1. Develop and implement middle term plan;
2. Maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base;
3. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with major tiers and OEMs;
4. Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions;
5. Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and prices;
6. Observe the market and competition;
7. Support the Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues;
8. Cooperate with the quality department in dealing with customer concerns;
9. Ensure internal and external flow of information.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in mechanical engineering preferred;
2. At least 3 years of successful track record in sales & marketing in relevant industry;
3. Automotive fastener or components sales experience with tier one preferred;
4. Eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style;
6. Strategic and operational thinking;
7. Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels;
8. Willingness to travel intensively.
