Job Description:

Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Department: PEM GC Sales

Position Summary:

Develop fastener and precision components business in Taiwan.

Key Responsibility

1. Develop and implement middle term plan;
2. Maintain existing key accounts and expand customer base;
3. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with major tiers and OEMs;
4. Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions;
5. Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and price;
6. Observe market and competition;
7. Support Customer Service team regarding delivery and inventory issues;
8. Cooperate with the quality department in dealing with customer concerns;
9. Insure internal and external flow of information.


1. Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred;
2. 3-10 years in Taiwan ODM/OEM/EMS for hardware components dealing with mechanical design Engineers and buyers from ODM/OEM/EMS.;
3. Eager to achieve goals, target-oriented management style;
4. Sales Experience from Foxconn, Compal, Inventec, Wistron, Delta, metal chassis of server and PC;
5. Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels;
6. Willingness to travel intensively.
